If I could give this app zero stars, I would. My wife however has downloaded the app and connected to the cameras just fine. I used the same password she created and the same exact steps she took, and still no connection. But wait it gets even worse, I tried contacting customer support multiple times and stood on hold for over an hour, on every occasion, and stood another hour trying to understand what the rep was trying to do, which was a complete waste of time.

Doesn’t support native iPhone resolution higher than iPhone SE, and the app’s interface is nonsensical garbage. Connection quality is very poor and inconsistent. After about 3 months of being able to utilize my facilities camera system on my phone I am now no longer able to connect to the server. It is very lightweight compared to Bluestacks.
